Local models and files stored on your system can work without an Internet connection, while your local network and power remain available. Cloud tools, live web research, remote access, and downloading updates need a connection.
Is it as capable as ChatGPT?
It depends on the model, hardware, and task. Cloud services often offer the newest and largest models. Private AI is a strong fit for controlled access to company knowledge and offline workflows. We can also design a hybrid setup.
Do we own the hardware and our data?
With a hardware purchase, you own the machine. Your company retains ownership of its data. Any software licensing, support, and optional third-party service costs are outlined in your proposal.
What if the system needs support?
We help you select an appropriate Care Plan. Remote and on-site support options are scoped in your agreement. Remote access requires authorization; warranty coverage and response commitments are confirmed before purchase.
How long does installation take?

Does keeping data local make us compliant?
