Homepage AI examples and the Internet toggle are simulations using fictional documents. They are not live AI outputs or a test of your actual network. Product imagery may be labeled as a concept. Hardware specifications, availability, performance, and delivery timing are confirmed for your proposed system.

Configurator recommendations are planning guidance. Estimates and advertised ranges do not constitute a binding quote. Final scope, pricing, taxes, recurring costs, and any third-party charges are provided in writing.

Inquiries and appointments

Submitting an inquiry is not an order, payment, or confirmed appointment. A booking is confirmed only through the agreed scheduling process. Do not use forms to send confidential customer records or sensitive regulated data.

Hardware and services

Your written agreement must specify the hardware, software licenses, installation scope, training, warranty, support arrangements, and any recurring Care Plan. It must also address cancellations, returns, replacement equipment, and handling of data-bearing drives. The website does not create a blanket warranty or guaranteed response time.

Remote access and data handling

Remote support access and monitoring are subject to agreed authorization. Backups, data retention, drive erasure, and equipment return procedures must be defined before service begins. You should maintain appropriate backups and access controls for your business.

AI output and regulated work

AI outputs may be incomplete or incorrect and need appropriate human review. A private system is not a substitute for professional judgment. Local deployment alone is not a claim of regulatory compliance.

Third-party services

Cloud APIs, model licenses, email, booking, payments, and other external services may have their own terms and costs. Those dependencies are identified as part of the relevant service scope.

AI Readiness Audit

The audit is a standalone, flat-fee service. Its fee is not credited or applied toward hardware or any other purchase. No purchase is processed through this website.
